C01TDITI0F OF FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS The dai-y average volume of Federal reserve bank credit outstanding during *n!^"g Febr'lar-y 24, as reported by the Federal reserve banks, was ? >1(0,000,000, a decrease of $20,000,000 compared with the preceding week and an increase of 8o2,000,000 compared with the corresponding week in 1931, v On February 24 total reserve bank credit amounted to $1,734,000,000, a de- *^annn°nnn 300,000 f or the week. This decrease corresponds with decreases of r S ' n oo 1 bank reserve balances, $17,000,000 in money in circulation and *34,000,000 in unexpended capital funds, nonmember deposits, etc., offset in part by decreases of $19,000,000 in monetary gold stock and $12,000,000 in Treasury currency adjusted. J - Holdings of discounted bills decreased $9,000,000 at the Federal Reserve Bank >T of New York, $4 000,000 at Chicago and $11,000,000 at all Federal reserve banks.
