April 11, I9I46 CONDITION OF TJ3E FEDERAL RESERVE BANKS During the week e„nded April- 10-member b'ank reserve balances increased $10,000,000. Additions to member bank reserves arose from decreases of $273,000,000 in Treasury deposits with Federal Reserve Banks and $12,000,000 in Treasury cash and an increase of $7,000,000 in Treasury currency, offset in part by decreases of $90,000,000 in Reserve Bank' credit and $2,000,00Cf i'n -gold stock and increases of $11*8,000,000 in nonmember deposits and otho’r Federal Reserve ' _ accounts and $1*3,000,000 in money in circulation. Excess reserves of member banks on April 10 were estimated to be approximately $820,000,000.
