Approval of proposal by Sky Financial Group

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application under section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Sky Financial Group, Inc., Bowling Green, to acquire up to 9.99 percent of the voting shares of LNB Bancorp, Inc., Lorain, both of Ohio.

Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action.
