Approval of proposal by First State Bank

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the application of First State Bank, Conway, to establish a branch at 6039 Heber Spring Road West, Quitman, both in Arkansas.

Attached is the Board's Order relating to this action.
