Written agreement with Cherokee Bancshares

For immediate release

The Federal Reserve Board on Monday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Cherokee Bancshares, Inc., St. Paul, Minnesota, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
