Written agreement with Atlantic BancGroup

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced the execution of a Written Agreement by and between Atlantic BancGroup, Inc., Jacksonville Beach, Florida, a registered bank holding company, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

A copy of the Written Agreement is attached.
