The Federal Reserve Board on Tuesday announced the execution of the following enforcement actions:
Community West Bancshares (PDF) , Goleta, California Written Agreement dated April 23, 2012
Pacific International Bancorp (PDF) , Seattle, Washington Written Agreement dated April 20, 2012
Truman Bank (PDF) , Clayton, Missouri Prompt Corrective Action Directive dated April 20, 2012
The Federal Reserve Board also announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below:
North Valley Bancorp and North Valley Bank, both of Redding, California Written Agreement dated January 6, 2010 Terminated April 16, 2012
