Macon Bancorp (PDF) , Franklin, North Carolina Written Agreement dated July 20, 2012
The Federal Reserve Board also announced the termination of the enforcement action listed below:
Premier Financial Bancorp, Inc., Huntington, West Virginia; Abigail Adams National Bancorp, Inc., Washington, D.C.; Consolidated Bank and Trust Company, Richmond, Virginia Written Agreement dated July 29, 2010 Terminated July 23, 2012
