Federal Reserve Board announces approval of notice by Southside Bancshares, Inc.

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the notice under section 4 of the Bank Holding Company Act by Southside Bancshares, Inc., Tyler, Texas, to acquire OmniAmerican Bancorp, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, OmniAmerican Bank, both of Fort Worth, Texas.
