The Federal Reserve Board announces approval of application by WSFS Financial Corporation

The Federal Reserve Board on Wednesday announced its approval of the application under section 10(e) of the Home Owners' Loan Act by WSFS Financial Corporation, Wilmington, Delaware, to acquire Beneficial Bancorp, Inc. and thereby indirectly acquire Beneficial Bank, both of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
