The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced its approval of the application by South State Corporation, Winter Haven, Florida, to acquire Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc., and thereby indirectly acquire its subsidiary bank, Atlantic Capital Bank, National Association, both of Atlanta, Georgia.
